Shipping Policy
How Buy BABA ships
Buy BABA is a sourcing platform. Products ship directly from domestic manufacturers to your job site or facility. We do not warehouse products — all orders are fulfilled by the manufacturer.
Lead times
Lead times vary by product and manufacturer. Each product page shows an estimated lead time. Standard lead times range from 3–15 business days. Custom or project-quantity orders may have longer lead times, which will be confirmed at time of quote.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. For project quantities requested via quote, shipping will be included in the quote or calculated and confirmed before order confirmation.
Freight shipments
Large or heavy items (toilet partitions, lockers, bulk fixtures) ship via freight carrier. Freight orders require a delivery appointment. Please ensure a dock or forklift is available at the delivery address, or note if a liftgate is required.
Project deliveries
For federally funded projects with phased delivery requirements, contact us at or 917-822-8345. We can coordinate staged deliveries and provide advance shipping notices with documentation.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided by email when your order ships from the manufacturer. For freight shipments, the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery.
Damaged shipments
Inspect all shipments before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at with photos of any damage.
